What if I have more than 10 pounds to lose?
The majority of the people who have picked up this diet want to lose more than 10 pounds. We use a strategy of 14 days of dieting alternated with 4 week breaks where you eat normally. The idea is to do multiple rounds like this until you hit your goal.

Doesn't the metabolism slow down if I reduce calories too much?
