The
Best Chest Exercises You've
Never Heard Of
By Nick Nilsson
This book
has been sitting in my For Reviewing section
for a while now. Nick sent it to me (or rather I forced
him to give it to me!) ages ago. I went through it,
made a few modifications to my own programs but adding
a few of his exercises to them, and figured Id
review it some other time.
Atleast thats what
I think I did. Until I opened it again to write this
review. Now Im getting the sneaky feeling that
Ive never seen it before. After all how could
I pull out five brand new exercises from a book Ive
already meticulously read before. But thats the
trouble with Nicks books you see. You read them,
understand them, but when you go back to them you always
find something you were apparently blind to the first
time.
Why is that annoying?
Well if youre an obsessive bodybuilder like me
then you just gotta have the perfect program. And how
can you have the perfect program when you know that
theres some Mad Scientist out there
whos written books that churn out new exercises
everytime you open them.
Im not going to
say much else about this book. Read my reviews on Nicks
other books Best
Ab exercises, Best
Arm Exercises, and Best
Exercises to get a feel for this book on chest exercises.
This book also has some great articles on improving
your bench press, and CEO training (no this isnt
training for some overweight overpriveleged overwealthy
guy in a suit and tie. In Nicks book CEO stands
for compound exercise overload and its is probably the
most brutal and effective training technique Ive
come across!)
In a nutshell this book
is a must have for every bodybuilder. Definitely get
it!
